By using Lucrio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Lucrio is a personal finance management tool that helps you track budgets, loans, properties, stock portfolios, savings goals, and net worth. The service includes an AI assistant powered by Google Gemini for financial analysis and advice.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Lucrio. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you may not use the service.
The AI assistant provides general financial information and analysis based on the data you share. It does not constitute professional financial advice. AI features require a Pro subscription and are subject to our Privacy Policy.
Lucrio offers the following subscription tiers:
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at your chosen billing interval. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to Pro features until then. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.

The Lucrio service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Lucr.io. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial finance management. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the service.
You retain ownership of all financial data you enter into Lucrio. You can export your data at any time. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Lucrio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not financial advisors. The AI assistant provides informational analysis only and should not be relied upon as professional financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial professional for important financial decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucr.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from Settings. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions in your country of residence.
